Wayne Cheevers, founder of RapidJS, embodies dedication, resilience, and the pursuit of excellence. Originally from Jamaica, Wayne immigrated to the United States and began his journey as a janitor for Montgomery County Public Schools in 2000.
Over 21 years, he honed his craft, developed a passion for cleanliness, and cultivated a vision of providing high-quality cleaning services to a broader community.
In 2021, Wayne turned his dream into reality by establishing his own janitorial company, specializing in both commercial and residential cleaning. Committed to giving back, Wayne focuses on hiring immigrants and individuals seeking new opportunities, providing them with training to deliver exceptional cleaning services.
